Job Description: Host/Host

Are you a friendly and outgoing individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service? We are currently seeking a Host/Host to join our team and create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Duties:

- Greet guests as they arrive and seat them at their designated tables
- Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials or promotions
- Assist with taking reservations and managing the waitlist
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station and waiting area
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or requests in a professional manner
- Assist with food service duties as needed

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service and hospitality mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Familiarity with TOAST POS system is a plus
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds

-Must be able to work summer and winter breaks

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.35 - $16.36 per hour
