Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent guest services by assisting with seating arrangements and answering any questions or concerns
- Manage the waitlist and ensure accurate seating assignments
- Maintain a clean and organized host/cashier station
- Handle phone calls with proper etiquette and provide information or take reservations as needed
- Assist with guest relations
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to provide exceptional service to guests
