Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Host to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As the first point of contact, you will be instrumental in ensuring guests feel valued and comfortable from the moment they arrive. Responsibilities

• Greet guests with genuine warmth and enthusiasm, making them feel instantly welcomed
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Answer phone inquiries with professionalism and clarity, providing accurate information about services and wait times
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth seating flow and timely service delivery
• Assist guests with special requests, accommodate seating preferences, and handle guest relations with tact and positivity
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area, ensuring a tidy appearance at all times
• Support overall guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and addressing concerns promptly

Experience

• Prior experience as a host or hostess in a food service or restaurant environment is highly preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests
• Experience using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous
• Background in hospitality or hotel guest services enhances your ability to deliver exceptional guest relations
• Demonstrated knowledge of phone etiquette and guest interaction best practices
• Previous restaurant experience involving serving or guest services is beneficial but not mandatory
• Ability to handle fast-paced situations with professionalism and a positive attitude
