Sodexo Live! is seeking a Host / Greeter to be the first impression within the Hawaiian Airlines Lounge. In this role, you will create a welcoming and seamless arrival experience for guests from around the world, setting the tone for a relaxing, premium lounge visit inspired by the spirit of aloha.
Your Impact:
As a Host / Greeter, you will:

Welcome each guest with warmth, professionalism, and authentic hospitality.

Manage guest flow and seating to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience.

Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service throughout their visit.

Support the overall lounge team in delivering a calm, clean, and elevated environment.
Serve as a key point of contact, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests promptly and create a positive first impression upon arrival and departure.

Manage waitlists and seating arrangements with efficiency and attention to detail.

Escort guests and provide information about lounge amenities and services.

Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming reception and seating areas.

Assist with light service support, including beverage service and table resets as needed.

Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, escalating when appropriate.

Maintain menu knowledge and communicate offerings or promotions.

Support team members across the lounge to ensure seamless service delivery.

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company service standards.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or guest-facing roles preferred.

Experience in upscale environments such as hotels, lounges, or resorts is a plus.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, approachable demeanor.

Ability to stay composed and professional in a fast-paced environment.

High attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.

Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support others.
Flexible and reliable with the ability to work varied schedules.
Requirements:

Must pass TSA background check and drug screening.

Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with light physical tasks.
