POSITION TITLE: Host / Hostess
EMPLOYMENT CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt
POSITION REPORTS TO: General Manager
DEPARTMENT: Dining Division

POSITION SUMMARY:
Be the first impression—and the reason guests want to come back. As a Host/Hostess at Paradies Lagardère, you’ll welcome guests with confidence, manage the flow of the restaurant, and keep things organized in a fast-paced airport environment. This role is perfect for someone who stays calm under pressure, communicates clearly, and knows how to keep things moving without losing the human touch.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm, professional attitude
• Manage waitlists and provide accurate wait time estimates
• Coordinate seating to support smooth restaurant operations
• Maintain a clean, organized front-of-house area
• Assist team members to ensure efficient service

Must be available for weekdays & weekends & holidays based on airport operations.
