Job Overview

Etica Media Production Agency is looking for a professional and energetic Host Manager to join our team in Business Bay, Dubai. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of UAE experience in host management, talent coordination, or a similar role within the media, events, or entertainment industry.

Requirements

Turkish nationality.

Minimum 3 years of experience in the UAE.

Experience in host management, talent coordination, media, or events.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Fluent in English (Turkish is required).

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Currently based in the UAE is preferred.

Responsibilities

Recruit, manage, and coordinate hosts and promotional staff.

Schedule and supervise hosts for events, productions, and campaigns.

Maintain professional relationships with clients and talent.

Ensure smooth execution of projects and event operations.

Prepare reports and coordinate with internal teams.
