House Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized, reliable, and proactive House Manager to oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of a private residence. The ideal candidate will manage household staff, ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance, and coordinate household activities efficiently. Fluency in Hindi, English, and Malayalam is essential for effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Household Operations

• Oversee daily household operations to ensure the home runs smoothly and efficiently
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation
• Supervise housekeeping, cooking, and maintenance activities

Staff Management

• Recruit, train, and supervise domestic staff (housemaids, drivers, cooks, etc.)
• Develop staff schedules and ensure duties are carried out effectively
• Monitor staff performance and maintain discipline and professionalism

Vendor & Service Coordination

• Coordinate with external vendors (maintenance, repairs, utilities, etc.)
• Handle service contracts and ensure timely servicing of equipment
• Manage household inventory (cleaning supplies, groceries, etc.)

Administrative Duties

• Maintain household budgets, expenses, and records
• Handle bill payments and track expenditures
• Manage household calendar, events, and appointments

Guest & Family Support

• Assist with hosting guests and organizing events
• Provide personalized support to family members as required
• Ensure privacy, discretion, and confidentiality at all times

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience as a House Manager or in a similar role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent leadership and people management abilities
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

Language Requirements:

• Fluency in Hindi, English, and Malayalam (mandatory)

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
