Host/Cashier

Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Host/Cashier. As a Host/Cashier, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional hospitality and ensuring a positive dining experience. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- Seat guests and provide them with menus
- Manage waitlists and estimate wait times accurately
- Answer guest inquiries and provide information about the restaurant
- Assist servers with various tasks as needed
- Handle cash transactions and process payments using TOAST POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and lobby area

Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle high call volumes
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food service industry practices and procedures
- Familiarity with guest relations and providing exceptional customer service
- Experience using SPOTON system is a plus

Pay: $15.13 - $16.00 per hour
