Host/Chaos Coordinator

We’re looking for someone who’s warm, confident, and genuinely loves people. This role is more than just managing a waitlist—it’s about creating an experience, reading the room, and making every guest feel like they belong here.

What You’ll Do

• Greet every guest with warmth, energy, and genuine hospitality
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists with confidence and grace
• Set the pace of service by communicating clearly with servers and managers
• Maintain flow of the dining room to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Answer phones, take takeout orders, and assist guests with questions
• Keep the host stand and entry area clean, organized, and inviting
• Handle high-volume nights with calm, professionalism, and a sense of humor

What We’re Looking For

• A natural people-person with a positive, welcoming attitude
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to stay composed and kind under pressure (especially on busy nights)
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of awareness
• Team player who supports the entire front-of-house
• Weekend and evening availability is a must

Bonus Points If You

• Have previous restaurant or hospitality experience
• Know your way around reservation systems
• Can read a room like a pro and anticipate guest needs
