We are hiring an Accountant & Office Reception Assistant to manage daily office and accounting operations. The role requires a responsible and polite individual who can handle accounts, assist visitors, and maintain smooth office coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle basic accounting work and maintain daily transaction records.
  • Manage office reception — greet visitors, attend phone calls, and assist walk-ins.
  • Support management in day-to-day office coordination.
  • Maintain attendance and expense records.
  • Ensure a clean, professional, and well-organized office environment.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, vendors, and management.

Requirements:

  • Basic accounting and office management knowledge.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Polite, responsible, and presentable personality.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Minimum education: Below 10th acceptable if experienced.
  • Must be willing to stay on-site (accommodation & food provided).

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,697.72 - ₹18,000.00 per month
