Warden - College of Teacher Education

Kashmir Education Foundation invites applications from qualified and experienced professional for the post of a Hostel Waden for its Joan Atkinson College of Teacher Education (JACTE) Basali Campus, near Rawat, Rawalpindi.

Prerequisites for the Post of Warden:

· Minimum Bachelor’s degree

· Relevant experience in hostel management or student supervision preferred

· Ability to manage hostel discipline, student welfare, and day-to-day operations

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Basic computer skills for record keeping and reporting

· Willingness to reside on campus

· Ability to join immediately or on short notice

Candidates must have minimum 3 years of relevant experience in relevant at a reputable Institution.

Transport Facility is available for staff from the designated pick and drop points along the route to the Institution.

Salary package would be PKR.35,000 – 40,000. However, it may be reviewed depending on the qualifications and experience. Non-local candidates will be given Outstation Allowance.

Hostel facility available for outstation female faculty, inside the Campus.

Contract length: minimum 24 months
