Hostel Warden (Female)

1. Student Supervision and Safety

• Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of all hostel students.
• Maintain discipline and a positive residential environment.
• Monitor entry/exit movements and ensure students follow hostel timing.
• Ensure no unauthorized person enters the hostel premises.

2. Attendance and Record Keeping

• Take daily morning and night roll call.
• Maintain attendance records and report absentees immediately to the administration.
• Keep records of students’ personal details, emergency contact numbers, and medical history (if applicable).

3. Hostel Administration

• Supervise cleanliness of rooms, washrooms, corridors, and common areas.
• Ensure housekeeping staff perform duties effectively.
• Check hostel property regularly and report damage, repair, or maintenance requirements.

4. Student Guidance and Welfare

• Provide emotional support and mentorship to students when required.
• Address complaints, conflicts, and discipline issues.
• Build a supportive, respectful, and friendly environment.

5. Health, Hygiene & Medical Assistance

• Ensure students maintain personal and room hygiene.
• Handle medical emergencies and coordinate with parents, doctor, or institution administration when needed.
• Keep first aid materials available at all times.

6. Food and Mess Supervision

• Coordinate with the mess in-charge to ensure timely, hygienic, and nutritious food.
• Ensure proper dining discipline and meal timings.
• Monitor special dietary or medical food requirements (if any).

7. Safety and Security Management

• Ensure fire safety procedures and equipment are functional.
• Monitor CCTV reports (if available).
• Report any suspicious behavior, bullying, or misconduct immediately.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
