Job description/ responsibilities:

· Maintains a customer focus while performing duties.

· Excellent communication skills and friendly tones.

· Welcome and greet customers and attentively prepare their orders.

· Responsibility for the quality of food.

· Inform of specials and menu changes.

· Answer questions about our food, i.e. ingredients, preparation, etc. and other restaurant functions and services.

· Completely trained and knowledgeable on the food portioning and proper packaging.

· Well trained in proper tagging of barcodes in accurate manner.

· Know how to operate a microwave heating equipment.

· Complete opening and closing checklists.

· Readiness to extend working hours if required by management.

· Attending customer complaints and able to handle seamlessly.

· Protects diners by adhering to sanitation, safety, and average control policies.

· Notify manager-on-duty any time a guest is not satisfied with their experience.
