Guest Reception & Booking Coordinator

Job Summary:

Responsible for warmly welcoming guests, managing bookings efficiently, and maximizing revenue through professional and friendly service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage restaurant bookings and guest confirmations.
  • Welcome guests according to company standards.
  • Coordinate with management to optimize table allocation and revenue.
  • Handle one service station including opening/closing duties.
  • Place orders using Micros system.
  • Follow hygiene, safety, and Fire Life Safety (FLS) policies.
  • Attend trainings and follow company grooming and conduct standards.
  • Report incidents and cooperate in emergency procedures.
  • Support team tasks and complete duties assigned by managers.

Self-Management:

  • Adhere to company rules, time policies, and grooming standards.
  • Participate in development programs.
  • Demonstrate awareness of safety, health, and emergency protocols.
