Role Description

The Hostess role at The Leela Palace New Delhi is a full-time, on-site position located in Delhi, NY. The Hostess will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a seamless guest experience. Day-to-day tasks also include escorting guests to their tables, addressing inquiries, and maintaining excellent communication with both the service team and guests to ensure satisfaction. A professional demeanor, attention to detail, and warm hospitality are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills to build rapport with guests and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Expertise in Reservations and managing seating arrangements efficiently.
• Outstanding Communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
• Exceptional Customer Service and Phone Etiquette to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues gracefully.
• Professional appearance and ability to maintain a calm and courteous demeanor under pressure.
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
