Hostess

We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Host to greet our new and old guests with genuine enthusiasm.

Additionally, you will be responsible for:

• Communicating wait times and escorting guests to their tables
• Answering the phone with proper phone etiquette
• Maintaining a clean and organized entryway
• Keeping the rotation of tables fair for the servers
• Assisting team members wherever necessary to maintain a positive working environment
• Communicate all guest requests and special occasions to the servers or MOD
• All opening and closing duties
  
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Experience as a host or similar role preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Experience with Open Table Reservation System a plus
• Team player
• Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills
• Keep clean and professional appearance at all times
• Ability to stand/walk and stay focused for extended periods of time
