Job Summary

We are looking for a professional, energetic, and customer-focused Hostess to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in hospitality and guest service, with a passion for creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for guests.

The Hostess will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, organizing seating arrangements, and maintaining high customer service standards at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and greet guests professionally upon arrival

Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently

Escort guests to their tables and assist with guest inquiries

Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive atmosphere

Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth daily operations

Handle guest requests and complaints professionally

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and entrance area

Assist during busy hours while maintaining service quality

Ensure guests are satisfied throughout their experience

Maintain professional communication with guests and team members

Requirements

Previous experience working as a Hostess

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

Good command of English (additional languages are an advantage)

Preferred Skills Strong customer service and problem-solving skills

Experience handling VIP guests and reservations

Ability to work under pressure professionally

Team player with a proactive attitude

Knowledge of hospitality and guest service standards
