Guest Reception
- Welcome every guest with warmth, energy, and professionalism.
- Manage seating flow and table allocation in coordination with the floor team.
- Maintain composure and grace during peak service hours.
Phone & Reservations Management
- Answer incoming calls professionally and promptly.
- Make outgoing calls to confirm reservations, follow up with guests, conduct guest satisfaction calls, and reach out for special occasions or promotions.
- Take and manage reservations by phone, WhatsApp, and online platforms.
- Confirm bookings, manage waitlists, and handle reservation changes.
- Respond to guest inquiries about menu, hours, location, and offers.
Guest Experience
- Anticipate guest needs from the moment they walk in.
- Handle complaints or special requests with grace and escalate when needed.
- Farewell guests warmly and invite them to return.
Requirements:
- Gender: Female.
- Experience: Previous experience working in a restaurant is required — as Hostess, Receptionist, Waitress, or any front-of-house role.
- Pressure Management: Must be able to work calmly and efficiently under high-pressure service hours. Busy lunch and dinner shifts are part of the daily routine.
- Phone Skills: Confident in both receiving and making calls. Clear, professional, friendly phone voice and tone.
- Languages: Fluent English required. Multi languages are preferred.
- Profile: Warm personality, well-groomed, professional presentation, naturally hospitable.
- Availability: Must be ready to join immediately.
- Location: Must already be based in Dubai. UAE residency required.

- Work Hours: 9 hours shift + 1 hour break. 5 Day OFF monthly
