PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

The ideal candidate serves as an essential ambassador for the establishment. Therefore, she must greet guests with warmth while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Qualifications / Licenses / Skills

• High School Diploma
• 3 years similar experience in UHNW private estate or 5 star Hotel / Resort / Luxury Lounge/ Air cabin crew
• Fluent in English
• Fluent in Arabic, Moroccan Arabic ESSENTIAL
• Versatile communication for client interaction and presentation
• Detail-oriented with a focus on efficiency
• Friendly and professional demeanour
• Ability to stay composed under pressure, especially during busy hours
• Quick thinking to resolve guest concerns or unexpected situations smoothly
• Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods during events
• Attention to detail and precision
• Ability to work with a diverse and fast-paced team under different responsibilities
• Proven ability to uphold confidentiality and professionalism with high-profile clients
• Experience in Gulf Countries MANDATORY
  
  

DUTIES

• Open the door while warmly welcoming the Family and their guests upon arrival and make them feel valued
• Greet the Family and address them properly
• Address any guest inquiries or issues politely and efficiently
• Answer questions about the facilities, events, or policies, taking into consideration the confidentiality
• Keep the venue clean and organized at all times and coordinate with the concerned department if there are any discrepancies
• Check that the door area is clear of obstructions or hazard
• Report any issues seen, like door handle malfunction or hinges
• Strictly abide with the palace protocols, such as not using the duty phone while in the areas where phones even duty phones, are restricted
• Stay informed and updated about events or any important information that the Family and guests might ask or need to know
• Provide a warm and polite farewell to create a positive impression
• Be prepared to guide guests in case of an emergency evacuation
