Hostess (F)

Job Description:
Lumiere Sweets & Pastries is seeking a well-presented and customer-focused Hostess to welcome guests and enhance the overall customer experience in our outlet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional manner
• Manage guest seating and waiting lists efficiently
• Coordinate with service and kitchen teams for smooth operations
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception area
• Handle customer inquiries courteously

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Hostess or in customer service preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Pleasant personality with professional appearance
• Ability to work flexible shifts
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
