Hostess (Lifestyle Restaurant)

The Hostess is the first point of contact for guests and plays a key role in creating a warm, vibrant, and welcoming atmosphere. She is responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations and seating arrangements, coordinating with the service team, and ensuring a seamless guest arrival experience that reflects the restaurant’s lifestyle and hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience

• Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus when required.
• Create a positive first impression and maintain a friendly, engaging, and attentive attitude.
• Assist guests with inquiries regarding reservations, seating, and restaurant services.

Reservations & Seating Management

• Coordinate with the restaurant supervisor the seating and prioritization plan for tables and arrivals.
• Manage reservations through the restaurant reservation system.
• Monitor table availability and optimize seating arrangements and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate closely with the service team to ensure smooth table turnover and guest flow.
