Role Summary
Join the prestigious Queen Elizabeth II (QE2), the world s only floating hotel permanently docked at Dubai s Port Rashid, as a Hostess. In this front-of-house role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering exceptional service that reflects the property s unique blend of British heritage and modern luxury. You will manage reservations, coordinate guest seating, and ensure every visitor enjoys a seamless dining experience aboard this iconic ocean liner.

What You ll Do
Greet guests warmly upon arrival, set a positive tone, and maintain the hotel s high service standards.
Manage waitlists, reservations, and seating arrangements using the reservation system.
Inform guests about current promotions and introduce their server for a smooth handover.
Answer incoming calls professionally, providing accurate information and assistance.
Handle guest billing for dining and to-go orders, verifying payments and processing transactions accurately.
Note and communicate guest dietary requirements and special requests to the service team.
Support the restaurant team in maintaining a polished and welcoming environment.

Ideal Profile
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in hospitality or fine dining.
Proficiency in Micros POS system.
Strong guest service skills, with the ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
Well-presented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
