Role Summary
The Hostess at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere from the moment they arrive. This role requires excellent communication skills, an engaging personality, and the ability to manage guest seating and flow to ensure an exceptional dining experience in line with the property s high standards.

What You ll Do

* Greet incoming and departing guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact
* Escort guests to assigned dining areas, present menus, and introduce their server
* Inform guests of current promotions to enhance their dining experience
* Manage reservations, wait lists, and guest flow for both dining and bar areas
* Answer incoming calls to the restaurant, providing accurate and courteous assistance
* Observe guest needs during service, anticipating requirements for timely assistance
* Maintain a professional and friendly conversation with guests without being scripted
* Ensure sanitation, safety, and alcohol control policies are followed
* Contribute to a team environment by assisting colleagues as required

Ideal Profile

* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a four or five-star hotel or comparable hospitality environment
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work with and engage diverse teams from multiple cultures
* Quality-focused with excellent attention to detail and high performance standards
* Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a busy environment
* Basic proficiency in relevant hospitality software is an advantage
