Job Overview:

Here’s your opportunity to join Roxy Cinema under Dubai Holding Entertainment as a Restaurant Host/Hostess . In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming and assisting guests with exceptional hospitality while managing restaurant reservations and coordinating the smooth flow of guests into the restaurant. You will ensure a positive first impression for all guests and support Food & Beverage administrative tasks while maintaining high service standards and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet and greet all guests, and potential guests, at the front of the Restaurant Communicate in a friendly, tactful, and professional manner with guest.
• Ensure the restaurant is ready to receive guests prior to opening and that tables are ready in line with opening standards.
• Maintaining impeccable uniform and personal presentation standards in accordance with hotel policy
• Take telephone bookings and documents in the Reservation book according to restaurant standards.
• Ensure guest Database is updated effectively and reach out to the guest for any new promotions.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of menu, including daily specials Enforces staff motivation and team building.
• Ensure tables are cleared quietly and efficiently.
• Follow up and respond timely to the guest reservation and respond to every inquiry and feedback from the guest within 24 hours

About You:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; a diploma or degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a restaurant, lounge, bar, or hospitality environment; experience in a cinema or entertainment venue is an advantage.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with a good command of spoken and written English.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience managing reservations with an understanding of restaurant or bar etiquette.
• Professional grooming standards with flexibility to handle different work situations while maintaining health, safety, and service standards
