Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

• Approach and engage customers to promote games and activities.
• Explain game rules, features, and prize structures clearly.
• Encourage participation and upsell gaming packages or promotions.

Sales & Promotion

• Achieve daily participation and revenue targets.
• Promote ongoing offers, events, and loyalty programs.
• Assist in promotional campaigns and special events.

Operational Support

• Ensure gaming areas are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Support basic setup and monitoring of gaming stations.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth functioning of games.

Customer Service

• Address customer inquiries and provide assistance when required.
• Handle minor concerns professionally and escalate issues if needed.
• Ensure customers have a positive and memorable experience.
