About the Role

We are seeking a friendly, service-oriented hostess to join a premium Italian restaurant in Dubai Mall. The ideal candidate should have prior restaurant experience, a passion for hospitality, and excellent communication skills to ensure guests enjoy a warm and memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests courteously and efficiently.
• Present menus and take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly with a professional attitude.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth operations.
• Handle guest requests and resolve complaints politely.
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and restaurant service standards.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience as a Hostess in a restaurant or hospitality setting (Italian cuisine experience is an advantage).
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Customer-focused, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
• Well-groomed and professional appearance.
• Ability to work under pressure during peak hours.
• Available to join immediately or on short notice.
