Hostess/Cashier

**Host/Cashier** **Duties:** - Greet and welcome guests as they enter the restaurant - Seat guests and provide them with menus - Take reservations and manage the waitlist - Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries - Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area - Assist servers with various tasks as needed **Skills:** - Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred - Strong hospitality and customer service skills - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others - Positive attitude and friendly demeanor Join our team as a Host/Cashier and be part of creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
