Hostess/Cashier

### Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Host/Cashier. As a Host/Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent hospitality and customer service to our guests. Your main duties will include greeting and seating guests, handling cash transactions, and ensuring a positive dining experience.

### Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- Seat guests and provide menus
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Enter orders into the POS system
- Handle cash transactions, including processing payments and providing change
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/cashier station
- Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for new guests
- Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries or reservations
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members to ensure a smooth dining experience

### Requirements:
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
