About Us

SLRP is looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Hostess to join our team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm welcome and ensuring an exceptional dining experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waiting lists efficiently
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth seating arrangements
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries professionally
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting areas
• Assist in managing guest flow during busy service periods
• Handle guest feedback and escalate concerns when necessary
• Uphold company service standards and hospitality excellence

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Hostess, Receptionist, or in a customer-facing hospitality role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, professional, and well-groomed appearance
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to remain calm and courteous in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage
