Host(ess)/Expo

Responsibilities:

• Able to take phone orders on Toast POS System
• Able to book reservations
• Able to seat guests / Understand server rotation / Able to keep guest count
• Help support servers during busy times (including clearing dishes, refilling drinks, etc)
• Help run food to tables
• Clean & Reset Tables
• Any other task required during the shift

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a host/hostess in a restaurant setting
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Familiarity with food service operations and hospitality standards
• Proficient in using POS systems such as Toast
• Experience in guest relations and providing exceptional guest services
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and phone etiquette

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
