Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, energetic attitude and manage waitlist or reservations efficiently
• Escort guests to their tables, ensuring comfort and satisfaction from arrival to seating
• Relay orders accurately between the dining area and kitchen using POS systems
• Assist with food running duties by delivering dishes promptly and ensuring proper presentation
• Support food safety standards by handling food carefully and maintaining cleanliness during service
• Clear tables, bus tables as needed, and reset for incoming guests to maintain a tidy dining environment
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding special requests, dietary restrictions, or timing adjustments
• Provide exceptional guest service by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously, enhancing overall guest experience

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key
• Familiarity with food handling, serving, bussing, and basic food preparation techniques is advantageous
• Experience using POS systems
• Knowledge of banquet service or hotel hospitality operations is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude are essential for success in this role
• Prior kitchen experience or culinary background can be beneficial but is not mandatory; willingness to learn is valued
• Demonstrated understanding of food safety protocols and guest services standards will support your growth in this vibrant hospitality setting
