Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming guests and managing reservations and seating arrangements.
• Providing excellent customer service to ensure guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience.
• Running food and beverages efficiently to guests, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
• Maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area, private rooms, and guest facilities, adhering to high sanitation standards.
• Collaborating with the restaurant team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service.

About You:

• You're at least 18 years old with a passion for customer service and a commitment to excellence.
• You have previous hostess experience, demonstrating your skills and professionalism.
• You can communicate effectively, providing excellent service to guests and working well within a team.
• You're organized and detail-oriented, ensuring every guest interaction meets our high standards.
• You're flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support the team and provide an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications:

• Previous hostess or customer service experience in a full-service restaurant is preferred.
• Knowledge of OpenTable reservation managment application is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• High standards of personal hygiene and professional appearance.
