Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, manage waitlists, and seat guests efficiently to minimize wait times
• Assist with reservations and manage guest flow during busy hours
• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to tables accurately and promptly, ensuring presentation standards are maintained
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and dining area
• Provide attentive guest service by answering questions about menu items or restaurant policies
• Support team members by assisting with basic server duties when needed, such as refilling drinks or clearing tables
• Weekend availability is a must
• Demonstrating to everyone that we are the friendliest place in town!

Skills

• Previous host/hostess experience or food service background preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Excellent communication skills to interact clearly with guests and team members
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Professional phone etiquette and hospitality skills to ensure positive guest interactions
