Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Hostess to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a positive dining experience. Your responsibilities will include managing reservations, greeting guests, and coordinating seating arrangements while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Communicate with guests regarding wait times and special requests, providing updates as necessary.
• Answer phone calls with professionalism, assisting with food orders and reservations.
• Collaborate with the serving staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods and help with expediting food.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area.
• Assist in guest services by addressing any concerns or needs promptly.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
• Excellent phone etiquette for handling reservations and inquiries.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both guests and team members.
• Experience in food service is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help create an enjoyable dining experience for all guests.
