What You’ll Be Doing:

• Greeting every guest with genuine hospitality (not robotic, not forced, but real energy)
• Managing reservations and walk-ins like a pro
• Controlling the flow of the dining room and patio
• Communicating clearly with servers, bartenders, and management
• Handling waitlists and busy shifts with confidence
• Keeping the host stand organized and polished
• Creating an experience, not just seating tables

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has strong communication skills and isn’t afraid to take charge
• Can stay calm under pressure (Saturday night patio rush? You’re cool.)
• Understands urgency and attention to detail
• Has open availability, including weekends
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but personality and work ethic matter more
