Host/Hostess

We are seeking a friendly and organized Host to join our team. The Host will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome and excellent service.

*Responsibilities*

- Greet guests as they arrive and bid them farewell as they leave

- Manage reservations and seating arrangements

- Provide menus and assist with any initial inquiries

- Maintain a tidy reception area

- Collaborate with servers to ensure efficient service

- Handle phone calls and inquiries with professionalism

- Take to-go orders via phone or in person

- Uphold a high level of customer service at all times

- Our Host shift is from 5pm to 9pm, Tuesdays through Saturday. Hosts receive minimum wage, but also a tip-out for helping to bus and reset tables. We are a strong dynamic team! All FOH employees work together!

- We are not hiring for summer help for this position. Only applicants who are interested in non-temporary employment should apply.

*Experience*

- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred

- Knowledge of POS systems is a plus

- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette

- Familiarity with restaurant or hotel guest services is beneficial

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently

Pay: $15.49 per hour
