Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a positive dining experience. Your responsibilities will include managing reservations, greeting guests, and coordinating seating arrangements while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize restaurant flow.
• Assist guests with inquiries about the menu, specials, and restaurant services.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
• Handle phone calls with professionalism, providing information and taking reservations as needed.
• Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and effectively to enhance their experience.

Skills

• Strong guest services skills with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction.
• Experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred.
• Proficient in using POS systems for managing orders and reservations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong phone etiquette.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
