Host/Hostess

## Overview We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. ## Duties - Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome - Seat guests and manage reservations - Provide menus and relay information about specials - Take phone reservations and manage the waitlist - Assist in maintaining cleanliness in the dining area - Collaborate with servers to ensure efficient service - Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly ## Requirements - Experience with POS systems, preferably Aloha POS - Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette - Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus - Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations - Ability to work well under pressure and help maintain a positive atmosphere
