Host/Hostess

Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host/Host to join our team. As a Host/Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing them with a warm welcome and ensuring their dining experience starts off on a positive note. Your excellent guest relations skills and attention to detail will contribute to creating a memorable experience for our customers.

Duties:
- Greet guests as they arrive at the restaurant with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Assist in seating arrangements to ensure efficient use of seating capacity
- Answer phone calls and provide information about reservations, wait times, and restaurant services
- Manage the waitlist and notify guests when their table is ready
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station
- Collaborate with servers, bussers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency
- Assist in taking to-go orders and packaging them accurately
