Harry Browne's has been a core Restaurant in Annpolis since 1979.

Duties:

- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant or hotel
- Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus
- Take reservations and manage the waiting list
- Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries
- Use Aloha POS or other point-of-sale systems to manage guest orders and payments
- Ensure a clean and organized host/host station
- Collaborate with the waitstaff to ensure smooth service flow
- Provide excellent guest service by addressing any concerns or special requests

Requirements:

- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to maintain positive guest relations in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or a related field is preferred
- Must be able to work well in a team and individually
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
