Host/Hostess

Position Overview
We're seeking an enthusiastic and well-organized Host or Hostess to be the welcoming face of our restaurant. You'll be the first person our guests meet, helping set the tone for an enjoyable and memorable dining experience. If you're friendly, customer-focused, and love working in a team environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and seat guests, making them feel valued from the moment they arrive.
• Manage reservations and maintain an orderly seating chart to keep service running smoothly.
• Keep the host stand and front-of-house areas clean, tidy, and inviting.
• Utilize the Toast POS system for managing guest check-ins and reservations.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring a positive experience.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain a high standard of service and a welcoming vibe.

Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant or hospitality role is a plus, but not a must.
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for creating positive guest experiences.
• Familiarity with POS systems, especially Toast, is a bonus.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• A friendly, can-do attitude and team-oriented mindset are essential.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
