- Escort guests to their tables and provide basic information about wait times, specials, and seating options.
- Communicate with servers and management to coordinate table turns and guest needs.
- Answer phone calls, take reservations, and respond to general inquiries as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting host area.
- Monitor guest flow and help resolve concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Support team members with additional front-of-house tasks as assigned.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
