Experience

Previous experience in customer service and/or hospitality is required.

Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.

Familiarity with guest services in a restaurant or hotel setting is a plus.

Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.

Experience with POS systems is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.
