Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team in a vibrant restaurant environment. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage guest relations will be key in maintaining our high standards of hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
• Manage the seating chart and efficiently assign tables based on guest preferences and server availability.
• Communicate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
• Assist guests with inquiries regarding the menu, specials, and restaurant policies.
• Handle reservations and maintain an organized waiting list during busy periods.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and inviting dining area.
• Utilize POS systems for managing reservations and tracking guest preferences.

Skills

• Have experience in Fine Dining 1 year.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and staff.
• Experience in guest relations, ensuring a positive dining experience for all patrons.
• Background in food service or hospitality is preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficient in using POS systems or willingness to learn new technology quickly.
• A passion for customer service, with a focus on helping guests feel welcome and comfortable.

Pay: $16.90 per hour
