What You'll Do

As the Host/Hostess at Gersi RVA, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience from the moment they arrive. Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting guests warmly and making them feel welcome.
Managing reservations and seating arrangements to optimize the flow of the dining room.
Communicating wait times clearly and efficiently.
Assisting with inquiries about our menu and restaurant.
Supporting the team with additional tasks to ensure smooth operations.
