Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
• Manage reservation bookings and waitlists efficiently to minimize wait times
• Escort guests to their tables, ensuring they are comfortable and informed about menu options
• Clear and reset tables promptly after guests leave, maintaining cleanliness and organization in dining areas
• Assist with bussing tables by removing used dishes, glassware, and trash to uphold hygiene standards
• Support food service staff by delivering orders to tables when needed and assisting with basic food handling tasks
• Maintain cleanliness of host station, waiting areas, and dining spaces through regular cleaning and sanitation

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a positive attitude
• Familiarity with restaurant operations, including bussing and guest interaction, is a plus
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with guests and team members
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with catering, hotel services, or the food industry enhances your suitability for this role
• Knowledge of food handling safety procedures is beneficial but can be learned on the job

Pay: $15.05 - $18.50 per hour
