Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have everything they need for an enjoyable dining experience. Your ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using a cash register or point-of-sale system.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, ensuring all orders are correct.
• Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations by bussing tables promptly.
• Provide excellent guest services by addressing any questions or concerns efficiently.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of meals.
• Adhere to food handling safety standards and sanitation guidelines at all times.

Skills

• Proficient in cash register operations and basic math skills for accurate order processing.
• Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure safety and quality of service.
• Strong guest services skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for patrons.
• Experience in the food industry or culinary background is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• A willingness to help others, demonstrating teamwork in a collaborative environment.
