Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience

Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring proper entry and timely delivery

Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities

Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation

Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering, processing payments accurately, and providing correct change

Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to sanitation standards in food handling and food safety practices

Assist with food preparation or kitchen support when needed to ensure seamless service flow

Experience

Previous restaurant or food service experience with a strong foundation in customer service and guest relations

Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable

Experience in fine dining environments or nightclubs is a plus, demonstrating adaptability in various hospitality settings

Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures

Ability to multitask effectively with excellent time management skills during busy service hours

Strong communication skills for engaging with guests and collaborating with team members

Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and order calculations
