Host/Hostess – Join Our Team at Paul’s on Main

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and hardworking Host/Hostess to join our team! As the first person our guests see when they walk in, we are looking for someone who can create a welcoming atmosphere while helping the restaurant run smoothly during busy shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests with a positive attitude
• Manage waitlists and reservations
• Answer phones and assist guests with questions
• Keep the front area clean and organized
• Help servers and management as needed
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude during busy hours

Requirements:

• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Weekend availability is preferred
• Team-player mentality
• Restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
