Host/Server

Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Host to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences and a strong background in customer service. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring that all dining experiences are enjoyable and memorable.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables.
• Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart to optimize guest flow.
• Provide menus and explain daily specials, ensuring guests are informed about their options.
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, including resetting tables for incoming guests.
• Assist with any additional tasks as needed to enhance the overall guest experience.

Experience

• Previous experience in guest relations or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Familiarity with food service operations and POS systems is a plus.
• Excellent phone etiquette for handling reservations or inquiries over the phone.
• A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to help others are essential qualities for success in this role.
